Jesus said, “I am the resurrection and the life."
- John 11:25
Trinity Church honors the dead with burial worship services from The Book of Common Prayer. The burial service centers on the deep gratitude to God for the gift of a life and for the promise of eternal life in the resurrection. We pray for the dead because we still hold them in our love, even after their death.
Funeral Services
Funerals at Trinity follow the rubrics of the Episcopal Book of Common Prayer and can be scheduled on most any day of the week except for Sunday. There is no building use charge for funerals for members or members' family, but there is a $150 organist fee. Non-members pay $650 for the use of the building plus a $150 organist fee and a $200 clergy fee.
Our official Funeral Service Planning document can be found here.
